Job Overview Regular employee. Fluency in English required. 1st shift scheduled in the United States of America. Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with a smile, facilitating courteous conversation, and conducting both complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs. Educate clients on digital, self‑service solutions including ATMs, online and mobile banking. Support the sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities. Understand the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to seamlessly deliver Truist expertise and solutions. Participate fully in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines. Commit to advancing individual and product knowledge by attending sales, service and product knowledge meetings and training classes. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures and risk‑management policies and stay informed of all changes. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services to clients and prospects. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education. Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience. Six months of client relationship building or sales experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects. Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation. Ability to multi‑task under time constraints. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products. Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required, including temporary assignments or locale changes. Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights. Preferred Qualifications One year of client relationship building or sales experience. Knowledge of advanced or complex branch transactions, risk management and loss prevention. Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building. General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures. Benefits All regular teammates working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits. Employees receive at least 10 days of vacation and 10 days of sick leave in the first year, prorated for part‑time status. Additional benefits may be available depending on the position, division, and tenure.
