About the Role:

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will be the face of our establishment, creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering positive relationships with patrons. Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs will directly contribute to their overall satisfaction and likelihood of returning. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
