CROSSMARK is seeking an energetic, personable individual to execute a variety of merchandising and product services in Balls Food Group stores in the Kansas City metro area. This role is a great opportunity for an individual who is willing to learn and thrives individually but also works well in a team environment.

What You'll Do:

• New item cut-ins and resets.
• Gaining shelf placement by suggesting new and promotional items.
• Reporting service visits, including uploading photos through a mobile application.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available Monday Thursday, starting at 7 am. Fridays as needed.
• Must have access and be comfortable using a smart device.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Kansas City metro area.
• Retail merchandising experience preferred.
