Location: Remote Optional in Texas. We're based in Amarillo. 
Salary: $130,000-$170,000 + Bonus

What You Will Be Doing

As a Senior Tax Manager, you will:

• Lead and review the preparation of federal, state, and international tax filings

• Ensure compliance with evolving tax regulations

• Develop and implement strategic tax planning initiatives

• Manage audits and collaborate with external advisors

• Monitor legislative changes and support M&A and strategic projects

• Mentor and develop junior team members within the tax function

What You Need

• 8+ years of experience in public accounting

• At least 2+ years as a Tax Manager

• Active CPA license

• Experience with complex business returns

• Strong client-facing and staff supervision skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
