Nurse Manager

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a Nurse Manager to lead nursing services within our evidence-based eating disorder treatment programs for adolescents and adults. In this role, you will supervise and mentor nursing staff, oversee clinical care and assessments, and ensure safe, recovery-focused treatment in residential and outpatient settings. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and dietitians, support crisis intervention, uphold regulatory and safety standards, and drive quality improvement, all within a compassionate, learning-focused, and ethically grounded culture. Lead and supervise nursing staff in eating disorder treatment programs Oversee clinical care, assessments, and individualized treatment planning Coordinate care with psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and medical providers Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality standards Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance feedback for nursing team Provide clinical training, coaching, and supervision to nursing staff Collaborate on program development and quality improvement initiatives Support crisis management and medical/psychiatric escalation protocols Maintain accurate documentation and electronic health records Promote a compassionate, recovery-focused, and culturally sensitive environment Nursing leadership Clinical assessment and care planning Eating disorder and behavioral health knowledge Medication administration and monitoring Regulatory and accreditation compliance Electronic health records (EHR) proficiency Staff scheduling and workforce management Crisis intervention and de-escalation Interdisciplinary team collaboration Quality improvement and outcomes monitoring Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active RN license in applicable state BLS certification ACLS certification preferred Experience in behavioral health, eating disorders, or psychiatric settings preferred Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
