Responsible for the sale and support of all products and services offered by the company.
Duties include:
- Possess problem-solving and strong communication skills
- Assist customers by responding to billing and service inquiries
- Use sales techniques to exceed customer expectations for products, services and account management
- Accurately quote charges and process orders
- Promote company services to new and existing customers
- General office duties
- Additional significant commission opportunities available
