Oracle CPQ with OICLocation: 5 days a week on-site in Dallas, TXJob description Must haves:Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) + CPQ-to-OM IntegrationsPosition Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Tech Lead to serve as the technical authority for a large-scale Lead-to-Cash modernization initiative. This role is responsible for leading the architecture, configuration, and integration of Oracle CPQ and Oracle Order Management while ensuring seamless data flow into downstream Financials and Accounts Receivable systems. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical design and implementation of Oracle CPQ and Oracle Order Management solutions.Configure complex product models, pricing structures, workflows, and commerce processes within Oracle CPQ.Oversee end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise middleware.Establish technical standards through code reviews, architecture governance, and best practices.Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and executive leadership to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.Required QualificationsExtensive experience with Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) and Oracle Order Management (Cloud or EBS).Strong understanding of the Lead-to-Cash business process, including integration with Accounts Receivable (AR).Hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise integrations.Proven experience leading Oracle implementation teams as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect.Ability to work full-time on-site in Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX.Preferred QualificationsOracle Cloud certifications in CPQ or Order Management.Experience leading enterprise Oracle implementations through go-live.Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
