Sales Operations Analyst

Owning the quote-to-cash and revenue lifecycle, the full-time remote GTM Operations Analyst will manage quoting, pipeline hygiene, billing, forecasting, and pricing strategies while collaborating closely with the Director of GTM Operations. Key responsibilities Generate and execute budgetary quotes, including managing discounting and concession approval workflows Maintain pipeline hygiene and CRM data integrity, serving as the tech stack subject matter expert for the sales team Oversee billing and revenue forecasting, including managing billing scheduling and processing Required qualifications 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a comparable quote-to-cash/GTM function Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), including pipeline management and data hygiene Experience with quoting, discount/concession approval workflows, and opportunity-to-quote processes Familiarity with billing and revenue processes, including forecasting and EOM close support Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
