Pharmacy Technician Specialist - Specialty Pharmacy

Work Schedule: 100% FTE. Day Shift. Monday – Friday; Hours range 8:00AM – 6:00PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking Pharmacy Technician Specialist to: * Experience a well-rounded view of pharmacy services, including mail services, specialty pharmacy, medication histories, and prior authorizations.

• Help support our pharmacy services across the entire Madison area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program Preferred

Work Experience * 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician, completion of accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program, or completion of second year of pharmacy school. Required Licenses & Certifications

• Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration Upon Hire Required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician Preferred
