Clinical Pharmacist

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a highly respected medical center in Wisconsin, on a full-time basis.
- Start: ASAP
- Schedule: 5x8-hour day shifts
- Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekend
- Type: Full-Time | 13-Week Travel or Local Contract-to-Hire
- Location: Madison, WI
- EMR: Epic
- Perform inpatient order verification
- Complete pharmacokinetic and renal dosing consultations
- Monitor therapeutic drug levels and pharmacotherapy regimens
- Assist with drug shortage management initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff to optimize patient care
- Wisconsin Pharmacist license (ACT-10 temp license accepted)
- 2 years of recent inpatient/clinical experience
- Strong clinical skills in acute care pharmacotherapy
- Competitive pay on a Weekly basis
