We celebrate change and are always looking for ways to do things better! What You’ll Do: Provide professional and timely customer service regarding billing inquiries via phone and email. Manage and respond to inquiries received through the Billing department email inbox. Answer incoming customer calls and assist with account questions, invoice requests, payment inquiries, and general billing support. Update and maintain customer account information and records. Route complex billing issues, account disputes, reconciliations, and adjustment requests to Billing Specialists for resolution. Collaborate closely with Billing Specialists to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications and requests. Work collaboratively with employees across departments to provide exceptional customer support. Meet departmental service standards for responsiveness and customer follow-up. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring: High school diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of customer service, call center, billing support, administrative support, or related experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain professional and courteous in challenging situations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to determine when issues should be escalated. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work as part of a team.
