TELOS supports healthcare partners across multiple markets with a strong focus on patient care, clinician support, and staffing excellence.**Float Physical Therapist (PT) – Sequoia Care**Sequoia Care is at the forefront of innovative patient care in long-term care and rehabilitation settings as well as home health and outpatient/assisted living facilities. We revolutionize therapeutic care through our exceptional Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes that prioritize each individual’s unique needs.The **Float Physical Therapist (PT) Program** is designed to provide flexible clinical coverage across multiple outpatient therapy clinics located within assisted living and senior living communities. Float PT serves as a regional clinical resource in the region, ensuring continuity of care during vacations, vacancies, increased patient census, and leave coverage while helping expand therapy services across the organization.**Flexible Opportunities Available**We are hiring Physical Therapists (PT) to join our team.
