Salice Law is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish) Family Law Paralegal.

Paralegal must have a minimum of 3 years experience in family law and graduated from an accredited paralegal program.

The office represents clients in complex and emotionally sensitive family law matters, and we are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about helping clients through difficult transitions.

Salice Law practices family law in multiple states so we need a candidate motivated to master different court dockets.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Prior family law experience
• Knowledge of Arizona and California family law procedures preferred
• Experience drafting family law documents and electronically filing court documents
• Familiarity with divorce, legal decision-making and child custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, and related proceedings
• Excellent legal writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently, exercise initiative, and collaborate effectively with a team
• Professional, reliable, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case-management software
• Ability to work in person

Responsibilities

• Assist the attorney with family law matters from client intake through resolution
• Draft, proofread, electronically file, and organize pleadings and other legal documents
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other parties
• Calendar and manage court deadlines, hearings, appointments, and case-related dates
• Monitor court dockets and case activity
• Assist with discovery and preparation for trials and hearings
• Support matters handled in Arizona, California, and other jurisdictions
• Maintain strict confidentiality concerning all client and case information
