Your qualifications and skills:

• Previous experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or professional services.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing and sales-aligned demand generation programs.
• Knowledge of campaign attribution, lead lifecycle management, and marketing data governance.
• Professional experience in marketing operations, campaign management, demand generation, field marketing, or B2B marketing.
• Ability to work closely with Sales, Business Development, regional leadership, partners, and creative/content teams. Experience in technology, SaaS, professional services, or Microsoft partner ecosystem will be an advantage.

Your tasks:

• Build, manage, and continuously improve marketing processes, workflows, campaign governance, and operational standards.
• Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, webinars, partner, and regional channels.
• Manage campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, approvals, dependencies, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate webinars, customer events, trade shows, partner events, and field marketing activities.
• Manage registrations, attendee communication, lead capture, post-event follow-up, and campaign handover to Sales/BD teams.
• Maintain dashboards and recurring reports for campaign performance, funnel progress, marketing-qualified leads, and pipeline contribution.
• Support CRM and marketing automation processes, including segmentation, lead routing, nurturing, scoring, and reporting readiness.
• Improve marketing data quality, campaign tracking accuracy, consent management, and database hygiene.

• Support Account-Based Marketing initiatives, sales-aligned demand generation programs, and regional pipeline growth activities.
