Business Development Representative

Avionté is a fast-growing SaaS company serving the staffing and recruiting industry, and we're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our new business sales team. This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on experience generating pipeline, learning a consultative sales motion, and building a foundation for growth into a closing role. You'll be the tip of the spear for our new business sales team, focused on finding, engaging, and qualifying the prospects who become tomorrow's customers.

This is what you'll do:

• Source and research prospective targets, using AI-powered prospecting and enrichment tools to prioritize outreach and personalize messaging at scale
• Connect with prospects via phone, email, mass communication, and social media
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals and metrics
• Conduct outbound calls and engage prospects with fact-finding questions to uncover needs
• Manage and maintain accurate prospect and activity data within
• Work with marketing and sales teams to implement business development initiatives and campaigns
• Assist the sales team in advancing leads to the qualified stage, with clear handoff notes

This is what will set you apart:

• Prior experience with Salesforce or another CRM
• Familiarity with AI-assisted sales tools (e.g., Gong, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting/enablement platforms)
• Prior internship or part-time experience in a sales, customer service, or lead-gen capacity
• Experience in SaaS or B2B technology

What success looks like in 90 days:

• Fully ramped on Salesforce, call scripts, and Avionté's ICP
• Consistently meeting daily call and outreach volume targets
• Generating a steady flow of qualified leads and building rapport with the Account Executive team you support

Compensation & Salary Range

The good-faith salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year plus commissions. Actual pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, education, geographic location, and internal equity.
