Job Details:

You're the person who will find the right companies, reach them at the right moment, and fill the pipeline that drives growth. This is a modern, AI native BDR role. You’ll build a high-performing outbound machine across email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and DMs. You’ll spend most of the day on qualification calls, handing qualified opportunities to the sales team ready to close.

Key highlights:

• Young, hungry reps 1–2 years into outbound/BDR work, ideally at a major fintech (Revolut, Wise, Mercury, Ramp, Slash, and similar) or a high-performing, fast-moving AI or SaaS company
• AI-native outbound operators who build the machine rather than work a script

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years with meaningful exposure to outbound sales, business development, or a hustle-intensive role
• Experience xhqgsiq at a fintech, SaaS, or high-growth tech company
• Strong written communication — able to write sharp outbound at high volume
• Comfortable with CRM (Attio ), sequencing platforms ( Apollo ), and AI-powered workflows ( Claude, GPT, etc.)
• Europe or US-based, with willingness to travel for key conferences and events
