- Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn’t on site \n
- \n
- Jump into every position-cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room-no task is too small \n
- \n
- Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time \n
- \n
- Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best \n
- \n
- Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture \n
- \n
- Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards \n
- \n
- Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports \n
What We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred) \n
- \n
- A team-first mindset with strong communication skills \n
- \n
- Someone who leads by doing-not just directing \n
- \n
- Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment \n
- \n
- Basic math and comfort using POS systems \n
