Summary

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic and operational leadership for Peak Education's staff, programs, growth, and mission execution. The CEO plays a critical role in communicating and advancing Peak Education's vision, mission, and values with internal and external stakeholders. The CEO will lead strategic planning efforts, fundraising initiatives, organizational development, and program innovation. Success in this role includes expanding partnerships, strengthening organizational sustainability, advancing strategic growth, and increasing positive outcomes for students, families, and schools.
