2nd Shift Coupler Assembly

Location: Elyria, Ohio Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM Pay: $17.00 per hour

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Coupler Assemblers in Elyria, Ohio.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble coupler components according to production specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
