We are seeking a compassionate and skilled QMA to work in our Berne, Indiana facility. As a QMA, you will have the opportunity to provide clinical care and compassion to our residents while making a difference in their daily lives. Responsibilities: Provide clinical care and compassion to our residents, recognizing and managing geriatric syndromes common to older adults Prepare equipment and aids for physician examinations and treatments Facilitate resident participation in their own healthcare and involve family/significant others in implementation of best practices Promote quality end-of-life care for older adults About the Role: At Envive Healthcare, we pride ourselves on delivering resident-centered care and putting the needs of our residents and staff first.
