Automotive Service Manager

Haddad Subaru of St. Albans is seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the service operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, and a motivated team. You will be the key point of contact between customers, technicians, and management, driving performance and maintaining high standards while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities Manage daily service department operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Supervise and support service technicians, advisors, and support staff. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of service orders, parts inventory, and labor hours. Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and track department profitability. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company regulations. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and technical skills. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience and business success. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. In-depth knowledge of automotive repair processes, diagnostics, and parts management. Familiarity with service management software and business operations. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant degrees are a plus. Must be located in or willing to relocate to St. Albans, VT. Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $110,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year, paid weekly based on experience. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
