About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP - Head of Business Office for IT to the CIO. This strategic and operational leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the alignment of IT with the overall business strategy, portfolio execution, and financial outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the IT Business Office and PMO functions, driving integration with business relationship managers, and standardizing program governance. A key focus is on IT finance and value realization, including budget planning, forecasting, and establishing ROI tracking. The role also involves strategic integration, executive alignment, and KPI/OKR management to ensure transparent and measurable performance. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in IT strategy, PMO, finance, or transformation leadership, with a proven ability to operate and influence at the CIO, CEO, and CFO levels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and execution rigor, and will be adept at fostering a data-driven, accountable performance culture. Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor to the CIO, driving operating model maturity, and ensuring high-quality executive communication. The role also requires oversight of IT's risk and compliance posture and acting as the primary interface between IT and global enterprise functions.
