Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This position is responsible for managing inbound inquiries, conducting outbound sales calls, developing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer inquiries and respond to leads in a timely, professional manner.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales and follow up on opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Clearly communicate product information, pricing, availability, and solutions to customers.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, orders, and product information for customers
• Follow up consistently on quotes, leads, and open opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system
• Track sales activity, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
• Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance targets
• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and customer service
• Stay informed about company products, services, pricing, and promotions
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling
• Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Previous sales, inside sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospective customers
• Ability to identify customer needs and effectively recommend solutions
• Comfortable handling customer objections and resolving concerns
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve results
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads, customers, and priorities simultaneously
• CRM experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent required
