Digital Designer

Our client, a prestigious commercial real estate firm in New York known for its commitment to personal development and a positive work environment, is seeking a creative and versatile Digital Designer to join their team. This professional will play an integral role in elevating the firm’s communications through compelling visual storytelling and innovative design solutions. The Digital Designer will work closely with internal teams to capture project goals, understand key audiences, and develop creative concepts that meet business needs and deadlines. This individual will transform complex business messages into polished visuals for a variety of channels, such as email marketing, websites, intranet platforms, social media, events, signage, and corporate presentations. Additionally, the Digital Designer will bring expertise in video production, from concept and filming to editing and motion graphics, ensuring all multimedia assets align with brand guidelines. This position follows a hybrid schedule. The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals, target audiences, key messages, deadlines, and distribution channels, translating those inputs into effective creative solutions Transform complex business concepts and communications into polished visual experiences across email marketing, websites, intranet platforms, social channels, presentations, events, signage, and other branded materials Lead the design and production of high-profile corporate communications, including annual reports, executive communications, investor materials, corporate presentations, and organization-wide announcements Concept, shoot, edit, and produce video content for digital and social platforms, including short-form video, motion graphics, animation, and other multimedia assets that align with established brand guidelines Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred 5+ years of relevant experience Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and other contemporary design tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas Search
