Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Compensation: $25 - $27 / hour depending on experience
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Job Responsibilities
- Process and maintain billing records in accordance with company procedures
- Submit invoices through various internal and external platforms as required
- Review billing documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with monitoring outstanding receivables and following up on past due balances
- Apply incoming payments and maintain accurate account records
- Maintain supporting documentation related to billing and receivables activity
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding account inquiries
- Assist with reconciliations and other accounting-related tasks as needed
- Provide support to the accounting team during reporting cycles and special projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounts receivable experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong ERP system knowledge
- Comfortable independently using Excel PivotTables & VLOOKUPs
