Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Rosemead, CA, supporting a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys accurate data entry, customer invoicing, accounts receivable support, payment processing, and financial recordkeeping. The Accounting Clerk will join a fast-paced, team-oriented accounting department where accuracy, reliability, and proactive communication are valued. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to grow with a stable team, expand hands-on accounting experience, and contribute to smooth day-to-day financial operations. Candidates who are organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities will be well positioned for success. Key Responsibilities - Prepare, process, and maintain accurate customer invoices and supporting documentation.- Post payments, support accounts receivable activity, and assist with customer account updates.
- Perform account reconciliations and research billing discrepancies to help maintain accurate records.
- Review purchase orders, invoices, and related documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain organized financial files, customer account information, and accounting data.
- Assist with collections, month-end close tasks, and general administrative accounting support. Compensation and Benefits - Compensation: $48,000 to $56,000 per year.
