Accounting Clerk – Contract to HireCity of Industry, CA | $22–$27/hour DOE | Fully OnsiteWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting operations within a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting both AP and general accounting functions.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform 3-way matching between purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentationAssist with invoice processing, data entry, and maintaining accurate accounting recordsSupport account reconciliations and assist with discrepancy resolutionReview supporting documentation for completeness and compliance with internal proceduresCommunicate with vendors and internal departments to clarify billing or purchasing issuesMaintain organized electronic and physical accounting filesAssist accounting team with month-end preparation tasks as neededQualificationsMinimum 3+ years of accounting or accounting support experienceExperience with invoice processing and purchase order matchingStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesIntermediate Excel skills and comfort working in accounting systemsAbility to work fully onsite in City of IndustryPay Details: $22.00 to $27.00 per hourSearch managed by: Allison LauBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
