Senior Electrical Project Manager
Location: San Bernardino, CA OR Edmonds, WA Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead our electrical design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the AEC industry and a proven track record in managing complex electrical systems and teams. This role requires a strong focus on client development and the ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical design projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop comprehensive project plans and proposals.
- Oversee the electrical design process, including power systems, lighting design, and MEP coordination.
- Utilize AutoCAD MEP and Revit for design and documentation purposes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare detailed project estimates and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with LEED standards and sustainability practices in all projects.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff in technical and project management skills.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the AEC industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD MEP and Revit software.
- Strong knowledge of power systems, lighting design, and MEP coordination.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with proposal writing and client development.
- Familiarity with LEED certification processes and sustainability practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
