Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree and seven or more years of experience; advanced education may reduce the experience requirement by four years.
• We look for experience in tactical or strategic intelligence analysis.
• We need strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write and brief for audiences with different viewpoints.
• We value experience building and maintaining relationships with external law enforcement and intelligence community partners through liaison work.
• We require experience as an all-source analyst in an intelligence community agency producing finished analytical intelligence products in line with IC standards, tradecraft, sourcing, and classification rules.
• We look for experience coordinating all-source analytic assessments across intelligence community agencies.
• We need experience identifying topics and content for national intelligence briefings, including coordination with government and industry personnel at all seniority levels.
• We require experience using intelligence community analytic systems and tools such as classified message databases, Analyst Notebook/i2, or WISE.
• We require a current and active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain DHS CBP Suitability before starting.
• We need the ability to meet physical requirements involving occasional movement around the office, use of office equipment, and in-person communication or presentations.

• We provide all-source intelligence analysis on homeland security topics, including border security, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and critical infrastructure protection.
• We conduct research, analysis, network development, and recommendations for operational and support teams, external intelligence agencies, and external federal law enforcement partners to encourage cooperation and information sharing.
• We prepare finished analytic products, assessments, briefings, and other written or oral deliverables on current threats and trends using classified and unclassified sources, including intelligence collection, open source, law enforcement, and other government data.
• We identify gaps in available intelligence and work with collection managers on strategies to meet intelligence requirements through intelligence community collection disciplines.
• We apply intelligence community analytic standards, tradecraft, methodologies, and techniques, using senior analyst expertise to prepare assessments for audiences ranging from senior U.S. officials to state, local, and private sector customers.
