Daily Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pizzas according to recipes and customer preferences
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, such as pasta making, bread baking, and sauce preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food quality and consistency
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Required Skills:
- Experience in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of scratch cooking techniques
- Ability to manage food costs and portion control effectively
- Proficiency in sauce making and dessert preparation
- Excellent knife skills and experience with fryers
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification as an Executive Chef
- Experience with buffet and meal planning
- Knowledge of front of house operations
- Experience with salad preparation and dishwashing
- Education in Culinary Arts
Salary and Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $16.00 per hour
Maximum Salary: $22.00 per hour
