What you'll do day-to-day:

• Assist retail customers and walk-ins with parts inquiries, lookups, and purchases
• Support the service department by sourcing and pulling parts for technicians
• Use GM parts catalogs and dealer management software (DMS) to locate and order parts
• Process invoices, returns, and core charges accurately
• Receive and stock incoming parts shipments; maintain organized inventory
• Build relationships with wholesale customers and body shops
• Keep the counter clean, stocked, and professional
