A Day in the Life

You’ll move confidently between prints, programs, and parts—owning quality at the spindle and the inspection bench.

• Run CNC equipment accurately and safely to produce precision components
• Verify dimensions and tolerances; ensure every part meets spec
• Follow documented work instructions and verbal direction without missing a step
• Repeat machining operations with steady, consistent execution
• Tend multiple machines within a production cell when needed
• Partner with experienced machinists on changeovers, setups, and program tweaks
• Bring reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude
• Jump in on related tasks and other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma required; CNC technical diploma preferred
• 2+ years of machining experience
• Mechanical aptitude and solid basic math skills
• Curiosity, coachability, and a collaborative mindset
