Accounts Payable Specialist - Hybrid Full Time Professional Fort Worth, TX, US Salary Range: $31.00 To $33.00 Hourly Job Summary The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable functions and assisting with AP related projects. The Accounts Payable Specialist is a hybrid position which includes working in the office once per week. Accounts payable coding and data entry Submitting and routing invoices through approval system Ensure vendor invoices and contractual obligations are organized, approved, and paid in a timely manner Process weekly payment runs for checks and ACH, and off‑cycle payments as needed Month‑end close duties as assigned Assist with development and maintaining Excel spreadsheets/Reports Assist with support for audits as necessary Work with others to resolves account issues when necessary Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience 3+ years AP or other accounting experience required Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Sage or QuickBooks experience is a plus Beanworks or Bill.com experience is a plus Physical Requirements Lifting up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers, and files.
