Data Entry ClerkThe Data Entry Clerk I and II supports operational and administrative functions by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within internal systems and databases. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity for oil & gas operations, with exposure to systems such as OpenInvoice, OpenTicket, and Wellview. Individuals in this position will receive training and are expected to follow established processes while working with moderate supervision.ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databasesReview and assess source documents to determine required data entry and proper placementCompile, sort, and organize information to prepare for data inputPrioritize tasks based on urgency and project requirementsFollow established data entry procedures and company guidelinesIdentify data discrepancies or issues and escalate when neededMaintain accuracy and attention to detail in all data-related tasksSupport project work within systems such as OpenInvoice, OpenTicket, and WellviewCollaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignmentsQualifications2+ years of experience in data entry or administrative support, in the oil and gas industry required.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with Wellview highly preferred.Experience with OpenInvoice, OpenTicket, or similar billing systems required.Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsProblem-solving ability within defined scopeMust be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements.
