Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team. This role will work closely with recruiters to coordinate interviews, maintain candidate information within iCIMS , process new hires through onboarding, and support other back-office recruiting activities.


This is a fully remote position . The typical schedule is 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Central Time . Candidates may be located in any U.S. time zone as long as they are able to consistently work Central Time business hours.


This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to begin a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. Candidates with previous recruiting coordination, onboarding, or iCIMS experience are strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate activity through the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
• Work closely with recruiters to provide administrative and operational support throughout the hiring process.
• Process new hires and coordinate onboarding activities and documentation .
• Maintain accurate candidate, interview, and new-hire information within iCIMS and other internal systems.
• Track recruiting and onboarding information using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets .
• Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interviews, onboarding requirements, and next steps.
• Manage calendars, email communications, and scheduling through Microsoft Outlook .
• Assist with additional back-office Talent Acquisition and recruiting support as needed.
• Ensure candidate and new-hire information is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred .
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in recruiting, Talent Acquisition coordination, HR administration, or new-hire onboarding is preferred.
• Experience with iCIMS or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is highly preferred.
• Strong technology skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office , particularly Outlook and Excel .
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple recruiting and HR systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple interviews, onboarding activities, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating closely with recruiters and other team members.

• Previous iCIMS experience.
• Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews.
• Experience processing new hires and onboarding .
• Previous Talent Acquisition or recruiting support experience.
• Strong Excel, Outlook, and general Microsoft Office skills.
