Are You One of Us GEP is seeking a Director – Managed Services (Procurement Transformation) to lead strategic procurement managed services engagements for global clients. This role combines executive client relationship management, large-scale service delivery, and procurement transformation leadership. The successful candidate will oversee global onshore and offshore teams, drive operational excellence, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while ensuring exceptional business outcomes. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end delivery of procurement managed services engagements across global clients. Build and manage executive-level client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact. Lead geographically distributed onshore consulting and offshore delivery teams, ensuring high-quality execution and achievement of SLAs and KPIs. Drive large-scale procurement transformation initiatives across Source-to-Pay (S2P), Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supplier Management, and Procurement Operations. Partner with clients to identify continuous improvement opportunities, optimize operating models, and deliver measurable business value. Lead governance reviews, executive business reviews, risk management, and issue resolution. Collaborate with consulting, sales, and solutioning teams to support account growth, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Mentor and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, digital procurement solutions, and data-driven decision-making. Manage delivery financials, resource planning, utilization, and profitability. What You Should Bring Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred. 12+ years of experience in procurement consulting, managed services, supply chain, or business transformation. Proven experience leading global onshore and offshore delivery teams. Strong client-facing experience managing executive stakeholders and complex global accounts. Demonstrated success leading procurement transformation and managed services engagements. Expertise across S2P, P2P, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supplier Management, and Procurement Operations. Experience with procurement technologies such as GEP SMART, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Ivalua, or Jaggaer is preferred. Salary Range $190,000 – $210,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional Compensation Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.
