We are looking for a reliable, hands‑on team member to assist with field scanning operations and support light office and business development tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both in the field with equipment and on a computer, and wants to grow into a technical or operations role. Key Responsibilities: Field Work (Primary – ~70%): Assist with 3D laser scanning projects across Houston Set up, move, and monitor scanning equipment (LiDAR scanners, cameras, tripods) Follow structured scanning workflows and checklists Ensure complete and accurate data capture in the field Handle equipment transport, setup, and breakdown Assist with basic troubleshooting of field equipment Office / Remote Work (Secondary – ~30%): Upload and organize project data (cloud storage) Perform basic file organization and QA checks Assist with preparing project deliverables Support lead generation and outreach (email / LinkedIn) Update CRM and track project opportunities Assist with proposal formatting and administrative tasks Requirements: Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable with physical field work (walking, lifting equipment, working outdoors) Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn Organized and detail‑oriented Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred (Not Required): Experience in construction, surveying, or engineering Familiarity with cameras, drones, or scanning equipment Basic knowledge of CAD, GIS, or mapping tools Experience with spreadsheets or CRM systems Compensation: Opportunity for growth into full‑time role Work Schedule: Flexible schedule based on project needs Field days may require full‑day availability (6–10 hours) Typical workload: 20–30 hours per week Learn advanced reality capture and LiDAR workflows Opportunity to grow into lead field technician or operations role Potential to be part of a growing team supporting large‑scale projects #J-18808-Ljbffr Reality IMT
