Senior Technical Product Manager Observability

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of product management experience in cloud infrastructure, observability, monitoring, or developer platforms
• Strong command of observability and monitoring systems, including metrics, logging, tracing, alerting, and telemetry pipeline design
• Demonstrated ability to shape product strategy and roadmaps for large-scale platform or infrastructure offerings
• Solid technical depth to partner with engineering on telemetry agents, data models, query engines, retention, and distributed architectures
• Experience with GPU, AI/ML, or HPC infrastructure monitoring, including the observability needs of training and inference workloads
• Proven history of launching developer- and operator-focused products that improve reliability, reduce time to detect, or increase operational efficiency
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to varied audiences

• Lead the end-to-end observability platform roadmap across telemetry ingestion, querying, visualization, alerting, and retention for large-scale GPU clusters and multi-tenant cloud environments
• Define our observability strategy across bare metal, virtual machines, Kubernetes, and managed services, ensuring alignment with our infrastructure roadmap, reliability objectives, and customer experience goals
• Shape the customer-facing observability experience across dashboards, APIs, telemetry pipelines, and topology-aware insights
• Convert low-level signals from GPU, CPU, memory, storage, and network systems into actionable health views, alerts, and troubleshooting workflows for customers
• Collaborate closely with engineering on technical tradeoffs involving metrics agents, collectors, data models, telemetry pipelines, APIs, and retention architecture
• Develop products for distributed AI environments by understanding how training and inference workloads behave across nodes, clusters, schedulers, and network fabrics
