Location: El Paso, Texas
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation practice in El Paso, Texas. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and interested in long-term professional growth, leadership development, and potential partnership opportunities.
About the Role
The Physical Therapist will provide individualized, evidence-based treatment for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, and post-surgical procedures. The position emphasizes one-on-one patient care, hands-on treatment approaches, and collaboration within a supportive clinical team focused on achieving outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical conditions.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and wellness practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and team members to coordinate patient care.
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture and support practice growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas, or eligible for Texas licensure.
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
