Collection Analyst (Healthcare)

Job Description
- EPIC system experience
- Strong EOB knowledge
- Experience using payer portals (BCBS, UHC, etc.)
- Background working for a hospital, healthcare provider, or health insurance organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience (Hospital and/or Physician billing)
- Healthcare collections experience
- Payer portal experience
- Familiarity with commercial and government payers – such as BCBS and Medicare
- Epic experience
- Fast learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment
