Job Overview A law firm seeks a Municipal Land Use Associate in San Francisco, CA. The position requires 4-6 years of experience in land use and zoning, with a focus on public agency representation. Responsibilities Conduct land use due diligence and permitting assessments. Develop strategies to achieve client developer goals. Assist clients throughout the permitting process. Provide practical advice on complex legal and regulatory issues. Regularly update clients on the progress of their matters. Requirements 4-6 years of relevant land use and zoning experience. Experience with CEQA, NEPA, and other environmental protection laws. Strong writing, research, drafting, and analytical skills. Admission to the State Bar of California. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications State Bar of California admission. Skills Excellent writing and research abilities. Strong analytical and drafting skills.
