1001 Industrial Way, Crothersville , Indiana 47229 , United States Job Description Due to continued Business Growth & AI/DX Transformation, Aisin Drivetrain, Inc. is seeking motivated, qualified professionals with strong interpersonal & technical skills (Automation, Robotics, CNC Machines), to join our team in a fast-paced & highly automated facility. 2nd shift - Maintenance Technician SIGN-ON BONUS - $2,000 Salary Range: $28.00 - $40.00 /hr (+$2.50 /hr Shift Differential) Work-Shift: 3 Shift Rotation Positions Available Work Hours: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. M-F available weekly overtime, as well as weekend rotation plan ensuring a strong work/life balance. Essential Functions Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning industrial production and facility equipment. Perform upgrades to equipment that supports improvements to safety, quality, and on-time delivery. All tools and test equipment necessary to perform daily tasks are provided. Requirements Job Requirements Prior experience in AC/DC Electrical Control/Power Systems, as well as Pneumatics & Hydraulic Systems. Experience in AC/DC electrical control and power systems. Must be able to review & implement electrical and mechanical schematics / blueprints. Perform all tasks in accordance with NEC, NFPA 70E and OSHA standards. Basic computer skills. (Email, Excel, Word, CMMS software.) High school diploma or equivalent is required. Vocational training certificate, college technical degree or equivalent experience is highly desired / preferred.
