About the Role

As a Residential Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to residents and their guests by anticipating needs, coordinating services, and creating memorable experiences. This role serves as a key point of contact within the Residential team, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality while fostering strong resident relationships.

What You Will Do

• Handle all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Respond to resident inquiries regarding residential and hotel services, amenities, hours of operation, and key personnel in an accurate and timely manner.
• Resolve resident concerns and complaints while ensuring maximum satisfaction.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages, mail, messages, and other correspondence efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain current knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, cultural events, and transportation options to provide personalized recommendations.
• Coordinate reservations, tickets, transportation, and special arrangements for residents and their guests.
• Greet residents and visitors in a warm, professional manner, utilizing names whenever possible.
• Assist with luggage storage, package handling, and delivery coordination.
• Recognize resident milestones and special occasions, coordinating amenities, cards, flowers, or other personalized touches.
• Utilize property management and billing systems to document requests, arrange services, and process charges accurately.
• Collaborate closely with Bell, Door, and other Residential and Hotel departments to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Maintain compliance with Four Seasons policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in Luxury Hospitality, Concierge Services, Residential Services, Guest Relations, or a related customer service environment preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain composed and professional while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
• Knowledge of the local area, attractions, dining, and entertainment options preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Schedule & Hours
