Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position Details:
- Contract duration: August 3, 2026 – June 25, 2027
- 40 hours per week
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Experience working with high school students or young adult populations
- Strong commitment to student advocacy and inclusive instructional practices
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and staff
- Flexibility and creativity in personalized instructional approaches
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized education plans aligned with each student’s needs and goals
- Support students academically and socially as they progress toward graduation and career readiness
- Collaborate closely with general education staff, administrators, and families
- Monitor student achievement and adapt teaching strategies to maximize engagement and success
- Foster an encouraging, inclusive, and productive classroom environment
- Incorporate technology and real-world learning opportunities into daily lessons
