We care about results./ph3Role Overview/h3pSupernal is seeking an entrepreneurial and proactive Account Executive to drive customer acquisition, manage and grow sales pipelines, and enhance internal sales processes. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with internal systems optimization, offering a unique opportunity to significantly influence the growth and go to market strategy of a fast growing company. Ideal candidates will be highly self-motivated, possess the instincts and resolve to adapt rapidly, and work effectively within a fully remote startup environment./ph3Role Context/h3pThis role plays a crucial part on our Growth Team. The company tripled in ARR in Q1, from $1M to $3M, and is set to double revenue in Q2, from $3M to $6M. A successful candidate will continue to find ways to grow high quality revenue attached to real value delivered for our customers./ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3ulliIdentify, source, and qualify new leads using CRM tools and other sales platforms./liliManage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing./liliContinuously refine and enhance reporting and sales tracking capabilities within CRM systems./liliRegularly analyze market feedback from customer interactions to inform product strategy and market positioning./liliConduct client meetings to accurately identify client needs and align them with company offerings./liliDevelop and execute targeted outreach strategies based on industry trends and market research./liliCollaborate cross-functionally to develop and refine marketing and sales materials./liliCreate and manage customized pricing structures and proposals to meet client-specific needs./liliOversee CRM data integrity, optimization, and system improvements./liliAssist in forecasting revenue and strategically planning growth initiatives/liliFrom time to time travel is expected for sales related activities (conferences, sales calls, etc.)/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli3+ years in a direct client facing role, managing mid-market relationships with executives at scaling organizations./liliFamiliarity with CRM software (experience with Pipedrive preferred)./liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills./liliDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple cross-departmental processes simultaneously./liliStrategic thinker with the ability to proactively identify new market opportunities./liliSelf-starter comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments./liliRemote, based in the USA./li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulliMedical/dental/vision/FSA/HSA/lili401K offered through Empower/liliSupplemental life disability insurances are offered/li/ul/div
