Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager

Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Salary: Up to $170,000 USD base + 10% bonus

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for clients in the private equity and alternative investment sector. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering ERP initiatives that drive operational efficiency during periods of growth, M&A, and transformation.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing complex ERP deployments, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional resources across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle ERP implementation projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, schedules, and budgets
• Allocate internal/external resources and oversee vendor deliverables
• Serve as primary liaison for client stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Drive documentation standards including requirements, risks, issues, and reporting
• Conduct regular status meetings, steering updates, and project reviews
• Ensure successful delivery within scope, cost, and schedule constraints
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve governance

Required Experience

• 5+ years ERP implementation / project management experience
• Private equity, hedge fund, real assets, or alternative investment industry exposure
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
• Demonstrated budget, scheduling, and vendor oversight capabilities
• Experience coordinating multiple projects / workstreams simultaneously
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar qualification is a plus
