Assistant Director of Nursing
Autumn Lake Healthcare at Alice Manor is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a leader in the community, we provide exceptional sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care to residents with complex medical conditions. Our homelike environment, located just minutes away from Maryland's best hospitals, offers a peaceful setting for residents to rest, recover, and rejuvenate.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, including daily rounding, coaching, and mentoring
- Conduct regular assessments of resident care and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, families, and residents to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of respect

Must have an active Registered Nurse (RN)
