Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our personal insurance clients, ensuring they feel heard and valued in every interaction.

Analyze existing coverage to identify gaps and suggest meaningful improvements that protect our clients' families and assets.

Process policy renewals, endorsements, and changes with accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with our carrier partners to advocate for the best terms and rates for our customers.

Manage incoming inquiries regarding billing, claims, and coverage questions with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Cultivate long-term relationships by checking in regularly and being proactive about our clients' changing life stages.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License. Open to getting the right candidate licensed!

Two or more years of experience in insurance preferred not required.

Clear and professional communication style, both on the phone and in writing.

Advanced proficiency with Agency Management Systems and carrier portals.

Strong attention to detail when reviewing policies and endorsements.

Dedication to solving complex problems with a patient, helpful demeanor.
