Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

Required Skills/Experience: Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled. Needs to have experience in peds, PICU, and NICU (high level care level 4).

Unit Details: Will work within RRT-NICU, PICU, and CVICU with pediatric patients.

Shift & Scheduling: 3x12s or 4x12s.

Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. Scheduling requests need to be communicated during submission and interview. Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.

Floating Requirements: May float to Shaker Children’s Rehab, Fairview NICU, Akron NICU, and Hillcrest NICU; 8 or 12 week contract.

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required
