Security Escrow, an established and rapidly growing independent escrow company serving Southern California, is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our existing team of sales representatives and drive significant revenue growth.

We are looking for a proven sales leader who knows how to build, motivate, train, and hold a sales team accountable for results. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and has a demonstrated ability to increase sales production, improve closing ratios, and develop successful sales strategies.

Our goal is to substantially expand our market share throughout Southern California. We are looking for a talented sales professional who can help us achieve that objective.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Management

• Lead, coach, motivate, and hold accountable our existing team of sales representatives.
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance expectations.
• Monitor individual sales activity, lead conversion rates, and escrow production.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, individual coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Recruit, train, and develop additional sales representatives as the company expands.

Sales Strategy & Business Development

• Develop and execute strategies to significantly increase escrow openings and revenue.
• Improve lead-to-escrow conversion rates through structured sales processes and consistent follow-up.
• Develop effective sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and marketing campaigns.
• Identify new opportunities to acquire real estate agent relationships throughout Southern California.
• Establish programs that encourage agents to use Security Escrow repeatedly.
• Develop additional business through real estate offices, broker relationships, and other strategic partnerships.

CRM Management & Sales Technology

• Oversee the effective utilization of CRM software.
• Implement standardized follow-up campaigns using phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Establish automated lead management and follow-up processes.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline performance, and conversion metrics.
• Utilize AI and other sales technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.

Business Expansion

• Help develop and manage additional sales channels and build scalable sales systems that support substantial long-term company growth.
• Work directly with company ownership to establish revenue goals, budgets, and growth strategies.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of successful sales management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and improve the performance of a sales team.
• Proven track record of increasing sales revenue and improving closing ratios.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales pipelines, and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly accountable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience in the escrow, title insurance, mortgage, or real estate industry.
• Existing relationships with real estate agents, brokers, or real estate offices.
• Experience managing outbound sales teams and high-volume prospecting operations.
• Experience developing sales compensation plans, training programs, and performance-based accountability systems.
